Includes:

• Social media management

• Workflow automation

• Website design

2. Payment Terms

• Monthly subscription (e.g., $1,196 for AZO Analytics or agreed package)

• Setup fees may apply

• Payments are auto-billed and non-refundable once work begins

3. Performance Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific rankings

• Lead volume

• Revenue outcomes

4. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

• Provide accurate business information

• Approve content in a timely manner

• Maintain compliance with advertising laws

5. Intellectual Property

• Content created remains property of Azul until paid in full

• Upon payment, rights transfer to client (excluding proprietary systems)

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid.

7. Governing Law

Applies across:

• Florida

• Puerto Rico

• California

FINAL PROTECTION CLAUSE

Corporate Separation Clause

All services are rendered independently under:

• Azul Holdings of Florida

• Azul Military Group Inc.

• Azul Consulting LLC

No entity assumes liability for another. Clients agree that engagement with one entity does not constitute engagement with the others unless explicitly stated in writing.
